Methods If
you are interested in purchasing the Ice-Qube or Ice-Qube Replenishment Kits simply add the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with any product you have ordered, simply contact us at customerservice@Ice-qube.com within 30 days of receipt of your order
to request a Return Authorization Number. We will be happy to send you a replacement, exchange the product or give you a prompt
and courteous refund or credit, depending on your purchase method, less shipping and handling costs. All returns must have
the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) posted on the outside of the box. Carefully repack the item with all the
instructions and documentation in its original container and mail it back, prepaid UPS or insured US mail. We will refund
shipping costs on items we determine to be defective or for shipping errors on our part. Should a package be refused or returned
to us unopened, the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/or pay shipping costs to reship. Privacy
Policy Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely
to bill the customer for their order. |
